Yarra Glen Grand Hotel

If you’re planning a trip out to the Yarra Valley and need a place to have a whole-some meal, look no further than the Yarra Glen Grand.

Located in downtown Yarra Glen this magnificent building sits on the main street. It’s even more magnificent inside with a variety of places sit and eat.  Take a seat out the back on the sunny decking or plonk yourself down inside in one of the many beautifully decorated rooms.

Now for the little tackers this place is has it all. Let’s start with the kid’s food. For a small price of $7 kids can order ‘The Tuckerbox.”  Choices include pastas, crumbed chicken or the sausages; each tuckerbox comes with fruit juice and jelly cup. The meals were very much well proportioned and healthy; my bubba loved the sausages with vegies!

After the kids have devoured their meals they can play in the enclosed play corner complete with cubby, mini kitchen and an assortment of toys and blocks.

The staff are very friendly and are tolerant to the odd kid here and there. The Yarra Glen Grand also has loads of room to move the pram and even has a change table in the ladies toilets.

We enjoyed our meals very much and the kids had such a wonderful time eating their fun meals and playing in the play yard. A must if you’re heading out to the ‘Valley”
